Ram 1500 Engine Options
The Ram 1500 has a standard V6 engine equipped in the truck and an available V8 engine as well for an even stronger output.
The 3.6L Pentastar® V6 engine will give you up to 305 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque. The 5.7L HEMI® V8 engine produces an impressive 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque.
The truck also has the TorqueFlite™ eight-speed automatic transmission that optimizes shift changes to bring you an efficient performance and smooth drivability.
2019 Ram 1500 Cargo and Towing Capacity
If you need a truck that can tow your large trailer, camper, or other equipment, the 2019 Ram 1500 will allow you to hitch up whatever it is you want to pull along with its 12,750 pounds of towing capacity.
There is also plenty of room in either the 6-ft. 4-in. bed or 5-ft. 7-in. box that you can choose between in the 2019 Ram 1500. And, with its sturdy high-strength steel frame, the stiffness and durability of this truck will give you a payload capacity of 2,300 lbs.

The Ram 1500 even features the cutting-edge technology of the available Guided Parking. This technology includes the available Parallel and Perpendicular Park Assist, which will provide guidance and automatically control the steering while you just focus on the gear position, braking, and accelerating.
